THE SIX PILLARS OF THE MORONOCRACY

On June 26, 2006, speaking to “progressives” at a “call to renewal conference,” Barack Hussein Obama said this: “Whatever we once were, we are no longer just a Christian nation; we are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers.” In June and July of 2007, Obama made near-identical statements to CBS and to CBN’s Steve Brody. On April 12, 2009, President Barack Obama stated at a press conference in Turkey that we Americans “do not consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Muslim nation, but rather, a nation of citizens who are, uh, bound by a set of values.” In 2006, Obama said we are no longer “just” a Christian nation. In 2009, he said that we “do not consider ourselves a Christian nation” at all.

Claiming that we are no longer a Christian nation is bad enough, but the most disturbing and revealing part is Obama’s introduction: “Whatever we once were . . .” The implication is that it doesn’t matter what we once were; it doesn’t matter what principles our nation is founded upon. Perhaps Obama means that we cannot objectively determine “whatever we once were.” But determining that could not be any easier. The father of our country, George Washington, expressed our nation’s foundational spiritual framework in his 1789 General Thanksgiving Proclamation:

WHEREAS it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor; and Whereas both Houses of Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me “to recommend to the people of the United States a DAY OF PUBLIC THANKSGIVING and PRAYER, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness:

NOW THEREFORE, I do recommend and assign THURSDAY, the TWENTY-SIXTH DAY of NOVEMBER next, to be devoted by the people of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being who is the beneficent author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be; that we may then all unite in rendering unto Him our sincere and humble thanks for His kind care and protection of the people of this country previous to their becoming a nation; for the signal and manifold mercies and the favorable interpositions of His providence in the course and conclusion of the late war; for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty which we have since enjoyed; — for the peaceable and rational manner in which we have been enabled to establish Constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national one now lately instituted; — for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed, and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; — and, in general, for all the great and various favors which He has been pleased to confer upon us.

      And also, that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions; — to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually; to render our National Government a blessing to all the people by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed; to protect and guide all sovereigns and nations (especially such as have shown kindness unto us); and to bless them with good governments, peace, and concord; to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us; and, generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best.

This was a spiritual, humble, God- and Christ-exalting prayer of thanksgiving to our Creator, integrated into our nation’s political life at the very beginning. Truth permeates Washington’s declaration of thanksgiving. That is self-evident. We were a Christian nation at our founding and, based upon the beliefs of the great majority of our people today, we are still a Christian nation. The reality is that we are a Christian nation temporarily ruled by a Cainite Moronocracy. Obama has become the Moronocracy’s ostensible head, its most visible embodiment, and its most vocal spokesman.

The six pillars of today’s ruling Moronocracy are Apostate Christendom, the hierarchy of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), Oprah (representing the popular culture), the Obama Regime, Academia, and the Malleable Marxist Media (MMM). Individually and collectively, they are spiritually blind, intellectually stupid, and morally disgraceful. Calling them blind and stupid is not a childish playground jab at them just because they don’t happen to agree with what I believe. The prideful presumptions that populate their minds prevent them from thinking objectively, and block their ability to discern truth from falsehood. Their shared spiritual blindness and intellectual stupidity is neither occasional nor haphazard, but fundamentally characteristic of how they think and behave: “[V]ain [are] they made in their reasonings, and darkened is their unintelligent heart. Alleging themselves to be wise, they are made stupid” (Romans 1: 21-22).

The members of the Moronocracy are today’s scribes and Pharisees, the pretentious liars and hypocrites who, in Chapter 9 of the Book of John, condemned Jesus for healing a man blind from birth on the Sabbath. The manifest ignorant arrogance inhering in the Moronocracy rises to that level. In Chapter 23 of Matthew, Jesus called the scribes and Pharisees “stupid and blind!” The Greek word translated as stupid in Matthew 23 is moron, our word for a mentally dull and sluggish person. Today’s ruling elite in America is made up of spiritually blind, mentally dull and sluggish persons—morons conspicuously lacking in the ability to recognize the truth even as it stares them in the face. Their presumption of their own brilliance as they disregard and defy the Word of God is what makes them morons. They are the Moronocracy.

We’ll see that there are in America today more than 12,000 apostate “Christian” ministers who get their doctrine, not from the apostle Paul as the Scriptures demand, but rather from an atheist academic. You read that correctly: they get their doctrine from an atheist academic. And that’s just the tip of the moronic iceberg.

We’ll see the atheist hierarchy of the NAS reverting to Dark Age pseudo-science, claiming over and over that their farce of chance human reptile descent is a “fact” even as they admit in their own book that they lack a “plausible hypothesis” for the very foundation of their arrant, moronic speculation.

We’ll see Oprah Winfrey, as the queen of American popular culture, embracing and spreading worldwide what she believes is an advanced and liberating doctrine, a doctrine that matches exactly what the serpent proclaimed to Eve as it seduced her in Eden. And we’ll see Oprah, her soul overflowing with this serpent’s teaching, not endorsing Obama for president as is common in politics, but rather spiritually anointing him as “the One” whose soul she recognizes as also overflowing with that same spirit, determined to exalt the vain reasonings of mankind over God and His Christ.

We’ll see Obama, after his anointing by Oprah, openly paying homage to the ancient gods Zeus, Athena, and Herakles. And we’ll see the Marxist Obama claiming to be a Christian in the very same sentence he professes his dedication to the way of Cain and the exaltation of man as the measure of all things.

We’ll see how Academia has turned what ought to be centers of open-minded learning into haunts of superstition and intellectual darkness. We’ll encounter academics becharmed by Socratic nonsense, too dense to grasp the meaning of ancient Greek temple art, even though its monumental themes exalt, clearly and repeatedly, the triumph of the very God-rejecting humanism they embrace.

We’ll see the MMM abandoning even the pretense of objectivity, becoming enchanted by Obama and his sophomoric Marxism, just as Echo, in Ovid’s ancient story, became enchanted by Narcissus, the namesake of all pathological narcissists, including Obama himself.

All six pillars of the Moronocracy support the superstructure of an idolatrous temple dedicated to the exaltation of their own depraved reasonings over God and his Word. The goddess housed within the Moronocracy’s temple of worship is Athena, the goddess of human reason who befriends and exalts the Genesis serpent rising up at her side. Understanding the basic problem in America today is not rocket science. We Christians believe the central verse (by coincidence?) of the Bible, Psalms 118:8: “It is better to take refuge in God than to trust in a human,” the very sentiment expressed in Washington’s Thanksgiving address. The Moronocracy lives by the contrary adage: “It is better to trust in a human than to trust in God,” a sentiment that essentially relegates our Creator to non-entity status. The Psalmist also tells us that, “The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God’” (Psalms 14:1). If the Psalmist’s words are true, and the Scriptures insist that they are, we should expect to see Oprah, Obama, the NAS, the MMM, Academia, and Apostate Christendom making fools of themselves again and again and again. And we see just that. Their idiocies abound.

I am not writing here about Obama saying that there are fifty-seven states, Joe Biden asking a crippled veteran to stand up and take a bow, or Nancy Pelosi saying that Congress should pass the Obamacare law to see what’s in it. These are but trivial manifestations of their ignorance and stupidity. Their serious, endemic spiritual blindness and stupidity go much deeper, contradicting common sense, simple logic, the time-tested traditional principles of their own respective professions, and the founding principles of America in ways far beyond egregious. Here is the supreme irony we will encounter in chapter after chapter: Even as the Moronocracy’s elitists boast in what they imagine to be their professional and educational acumen and revel in their exalted positions in our society, they yet insist that they are the mere chance progeny of reptiles—not creations of God but rather, mutant randomites.

The antichrist spirit permeates the Moronocracy. The apostle John tells us that “there have come to be many antichrists” (I John 2:18). In the original Greek the word is antichristos, literally “instead-anointed.” The antichrist spirit takes the place of Christ through underhanded deception rather than open opposition. Each pillar of the Moronocracy attempts to give the appearance of having some degree of respect for God and Christ, while at the same time presenting its own opposing man-made doctrines instead of God and Christ.

Where is this Moronocracy intent on taking us? Let me give you two visuals. Picture wrecking balls and bulldozers demolishing the Washington monument first, followed by the destruction of the Jefferson Memorial and then the Lincoln Memorial. Can you visualize the empty acreage? Now picture erected in place of our once esteemed landmarks magnificent temples to Barack Obama, Charles Darwin, and Karl Marx. That is a true representation of the Moronocracy’s belief system and its ultimate goal. These are memorials to the tower of Babel and the reign of confusion. This is atheism. This is idolatry. This is totalitarianism. This is the way of Cain. This is what happens to a people who allow their children to be taught that they evolved from reptiles by chance. This is what happens when an ignorant electorate grants power to spiritually blind morons. This is the stupidity of humanity glorified. If God allows it to progress, it will result in national suicide, the end of the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Can we stop and reverse the Moronocracy’s advance before it is too late? We can. Before we formulate a plan to do so, we need to understand the weaknesses of each pillar of the Moronocracy. We’ll begin our detailed examination of the Moronocracy with the apostate “Christian” morons, because the blatant expression of their disgraceful stupidity reveals the essence of the error cherished by all the other members of the Moronocracy: the arbitrary discarding of faith in the Word of God in favor of the exaltation of depraved human reasoning.

But before we get to that chapter, for those readers who have been moronized already, or are in the process of being moronized, I paraphrase the words of Dean Wormer to Bluto in the film Animal House: Spiritually blind and intellectually stupid is no way to go through life, people.
